What will the charge appear as on my credit card statement?

Please note that the charge may not appear immediately following when you place your order. We do not process the sale till your order is ready to ship from our warehouse. The transaction will read as EverythingAntiAging Cincinnati, Ohio.

When will my order ship?

We process orders Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. We get most orders out the same or next day. If we use UPS, you will get an email from UPS and one from us when your order ships! Please allow 7-14 business days for orders to arrive. If we have a problem getting your product in stock we will notify you by email or phone.


All in-stock orders are shipped within 24-48 hrs. If an item is out of stock and is not expected within 48 hours, we will email you and give you a projected ship date. Please make sure you provide a correct shipping and email address on your order. UPS charges $15.00 for incorrect or misspelled shipping information. This will be charged to the customer's credit card. UPS also charges an additional $2.00 for rural deliveries, this will be charged to the customers credit card.

We do not process order's after 1PM EST during weekdays nor do we process orders on Saturdays and Sundays. Also UPS does not deliver on Saturday's or Sunday's.

Incorrectly Inputting Shipping Information

If you incorrectly input your address, forget to add your suite or apartment number, input your zip code incorrectly, you will be charged $15.00. No questions asked! UPS charges this fee to send it back or to intercept your package when they can not find your shipping destination. If you want your order re-shipped it will be the original shipping cost of your order plus the $15.00. If you want to cancel the order, your credit will be minus the $15.00 fee, 20% re-stock fee and minus the shipping cost. So please double and triple check your address after you input it. We do not want to charge these fee's to you.

What is Package Delivery Insurance?

Insure your package arrives every time. For $1.99 your package delivery is guaranteed, no questions asked. $1.99 covers your package 100%. If you package is ever lost, stolen or damaged during shipping it is replaced and re-shipped at no cost to you.

Domestic Shipping

All orders are shipped either USPS or UPS. USPS is much more affordable, so please keep this in mind when ordering.

USPS Flat Ground Rate is $6.95 plus $1.00 per each additional item. Any order over 5 pounds, you will be called or emailed with an exact shipping quote to make sure you are ok with the cost.

USPS Express Mail (1-2 days arrival time) is $24.99 plus $1.00 per each additional item. Any order over 5 pounds, you will be called or emailed with an exact shipping quote to make sure you are ok with the cost.

UPS Ground Rate is $9.99 plus $1.00 per each additional item. Any order over 5 pounds, there will be additional shipping charges. See below.

UPS 3 Day Air Rate is $15.99 plus $1.00 per each additional item. Any order over 5 pounds, there will be additional shipping charges. See below.

UPS 2 Day Air Rate is $26.99 plus $1.00 per each additional item. Any order over 5 pounds, there will be additional shipping charges. See below.

UPS Next Day Air Rate is $35.99 plus $1.00 per each additional item. Any order over 5 pounds, there will be additional shipping charges. See below.

USPS Priority Mail (Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories). Shipments start at $8.95 and 1.00 for each additional item. If your order is over 5 pounds, we will email what the shipping cost will be. Your order will not be shipped until you approve the new total. All orders will be shipped U.S.P.S. Priority Mail.

Ready to Drinks and Liquids are very heavy and will require additional shipping. Once again, if you order weighs over 5lbs, we will add an additional shipping fee on your order. See below.

We will not expedite heavy shipments and we will call you about your rate if your order is an excessive rate!

Changes for Shipments that are 10 pounds and over

In an effort to maintain the highest levels of customer service, is changing the way we process orders for orders over 10 pounds. Due to the heavy weight of these packages, it is necessary to charge an additional fee for shipping above the standard ground shipping rate of 6.99. Effective immediately, we will be manually charging this additional fee separately from your online order. Therefore, you will see a charge for the order and our standard shipping rate, followed by another additional charge for the additional shipping fee.

UPS Express Shipping

  • Next day air....35.99 & 1.00 each additional item.
  • 2nd day air....26.99 & 1.00 each additional item.
  • 3 day select....15.99 & 1.00 each additional item.

These prices are for orders under 5 pounds. We will not expedite (next day, 2nd day, 3 day) heavy shipments (over 10 pounds)and we will call you about your price if your order has an excessive rate!

Please realize that it may take 24 - 48 hours to process your order, and that UPS doesn't pick up or deliver on weekends. By shipping with one of the above selections you will get your package sooner than by shipping ground, but not necessarily in 1 - 3 days.

If I order "NEXT DAY AIR" when will it arrive?

That depends on when you place the order. If you order the product late Friday night, then we will ship it Monday. You should then receive it Tuesday. If we are back ordered on something you want next day air, we will notify you by email and give you the option of waiting and still using next day air or changing to ground shipping. We try to get your order out ASAP! If you order after 12 noon EST, your order will not ship until the following business day.

Shipping to Canada

The cost is 24.99 and 1.00 for each additional item. If the order is over 5 pounds we will call or email you with a new price. Please read below as for the rules apply to Canadian order as well.

What about International orders?

We do ship international. You have 1 shipping option "International USPS Priority Mail Saver". See above for details. We will charge your credit card a non-refundable "TEST" amount and ask you to verify that amount. This is a security feature. We may ask you to fax us your picture ID. After confirming your credit card, we will process your order. If the weight is over 5 lbs shipping will cost more.


International USPS Priority Mail Saver Shipping

If you pick this option it $42.99 and $1.00 for each additional item. It will arrive in 1-8 weeks. If an item is ordered that happens to be illegal in your particular country and it is confiscated, you are still responsible for full payment. Tracking and proof of delivery of International USPS Priority Mail Saver packages is almost impossible and customs may not notify you the package has been confiscated so you will still be responsible for the full value of the order.

Please make sure your email address is correct and a valid phone number is given. This will help ensure that you get your order.

If your order is over 5 pounds we will email you the exact cost of what it will cost to ship. The order will not ship until you approve the new shipping total. It is best to try to keep your orders under 10 pounds.

First time customers with foreign orders may be asked to verify their credit card. A non-refundable amount between $0.01 - $10.00 will be charged to your credit card. The customer will need to contact their credit card co. and retrieve the amount in US $ dollars. Email us this amount so that the remaining balance of the order can be billed to your credit card and your order can be shipped. This is done to prevent the use of stolen credit cards, and will not have to done on future orders.

What about customs in my country?

It is impossible for us to know every countries customs policies. It is up to YOU to check your countries customs policies and only order IF it is accepted into your country. We cannot refund an order if it is taken or lost by your country.

How do you ship to the military?

We use the U. S. Post Office. They get it to the military and they take it from there. It is difficult to tell you how long it takes due to where you may be in the military.

APO/Military Orders

All APO/Military orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping will be added when the order is processed, if you need to know the shipping charge send us and email with the order. Since these are sent inside the US and then the Military forwards them shipping is usually at the Domestic rate. Delivery time is usually 1-3 weeks.
Please Read: If the package is over 9 pounds we will put the order on hold and get the exact price through USPS and email you so you can decide if you want to pay the extra shipping cost. We apologize for this inconvenience, but sometimes the difference that shows during checkout for the shipping and what the actual shipping cost through the United States Postal Service is very substantial. We will do our best to reduce the shipping cost.

Do I get a tracking number from UPS?

Yes! When we process your order, you get a tracking number emailed to you from UPS after 4pm est the day your order ships so you can track the order right to your doorstep! We need an accurate email to get this to you.

What type of packaging is my order shipped in?

We understand the need for privacy so our orders are shipped in brown boxes or padded envelopes. For further privacy, the shipping label will state "Fulfillment Company" instead of


Since we are a wholesaler and sell at rock bottom prices, we cannot and will not accept returns on opened merchandise. All un-opened merchandise can be returned within 30 days for exchange or credit. We feel 30 days is plenty of time to decide if you want to return something to us. Any order received after 30 days of purchase will be sent right back to you. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns on special orders. You must email or call before sending something back to Once we hear from you, we will note your order that you will be making a return.

What will happen if you do not contact us and you decide to send something back? We apologize, but the package will be marked "return to sender" and sent right back to you. Please follow our return procedure and we will be happy to work with you and get you your credit as soon as your return arrives to our Return Dept.

Cancelling Orders

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped for a 10% processing fee. Orders that have been shipped can not be cancelled and must be returned by the customer for a 20% restocking fee. Filing a chargeback with your credit card company and receiving the package is a felony. reports all internet crime to the proper authorities and turns the person over for to our collection lawyers. Customers filing chargebacks are responsible for all fees incurred to collect the debt.
